1. Theme Licensing and Use
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You have the right to use purchased themes on as many concurrent sites as you like and are authorized to make any necessary modifications to suit your needs.
2. Themes Updates and Compatibility
All WordPress themes sold through our web site are always tested and updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. However, we can give no guarantee that current versions of our themes will be compatible with previous versions of WordPress, or that previous versions of our themes will be compatible with the current version of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
3. Browser Compatibility
Our themes are tested and optimized for all modern web browsers including, but not limited to, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer. Although we strive to provide absolute cross-browser compatibility, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support in some of these browsers. 4. Product Delivery
As soon as we have succesfully received your payment, your membership information containing a user name and password will be emailed to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive your membership information within an hour of your purchase, please contact us right away. 5. Use of Content
The site contains or may contain material which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights; therefore, you are only permitted to use the material as expressly authorized by AGCmaster. Any replicated content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the web site shall not be sold, reproduced, distributed or exploited, in whole or in part, for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of AGCmaster.
6. Refund Policy
Since AGCmaster is offering non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not offer refunds for any purchase unless a specific agreement was made prior to purchase. If you have any questions regarding this policy, feel free to submit a pre-sales inquiry.
7. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of AGCmaster.
8. Support

9. Price Changes
ColorLabs reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a membership subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
10. Warranty
Our WordPress themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall AGCmaster be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our themes. You acknowledge by your use of the themes that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the themes.
AGCmaster cannot be held responsible for any content or information published by web sites which use our products. You acknowledge that we do not have any control whatsoever over the content provided on such web sites.
AGCmaster reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time with no prior notice. Further, AGCmaster reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. AGCmaster shall not be liable to you or any third party should AGCmaster exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature its products or services.
